Our Standard Process

We established a standardized process to ensure great customer satisfaction and consistent quality to ensure the final product match the customer expectations. 

1. Customer submits specifications for products based on customers styles or requests customized product solution. A general time-line is established for the process.
2. All details are clarified regarding the product and the timeline, including Materials, Packaging, Labeling, Boxing, Tagging, Testing, and more.
   
3. A Price Estimate is provided to the customer based on the specifications.
4. If the Price Estimate is accepted, a physical actual sample will be manufactured and shipped to the customer for approval.
5. Customer can approve the sample, or issue a change request.
6. Once the sample received a final approval, the mass production will be started.
7. When the production is finished, post-production photos will be sent to customer. The finished goods will be shipped to our warehouse based on the agreed upon timeline. 
8. Optionally, product photos can be arranged for your website or online use.
9. Once the products arrive at our warehouse, we will carefully inspect the goods and deliver to the customer in top quality.
